General Information

The Biomedical Engineering Day takes place in the Auditorium Ettore Rossi on the Inselspital campus. For general information and orientation please use the plan of site. (Situation Plan)

Arrival by Public Transport

At the railway station "Bern" take the exit towards the new glass roof ("Welle") on the street level. Bus No. 11 (direction to "Güterbahnhof") departs directly outside the "Welle" towards the Inselspital. Leave the bus at the 2nd stop ("Inselspital"). Return fare starts at "Inselspital" until the first stop ("City West/Bahnhof"). For the bus schedule please visit the BERNMOBIL website (www.bernmobil.ch).

Arrival by Car

The Inselspital is easy to access from the highway A1 exit Bern-Forsthaus/Inselspital. Within 800m from the exit the Insel parking is available, which is subject to hourly fees (for details see Insel-Parking). Please note that there is no long term parking available on the Inselspital campus.
